The staff were friendly and always went out of their way to ensure our needs were met. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the small room size and lack of tea and coffee making facilities, we had a comfortable stay overall. We would definitely recommend this hotel for its prime location and wonderful staff.

Additionally, the location of the hotel in the Pimlico area is ideal, as it is within a 10-minute walk from Victoria station and in a nice quiet area. It is also conveniently located to most central London places of interest.
